Driver Safety Program
at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church
69 North Main Street, Alpharetta
An eight hour driver safety program, designed by AARP, 10:00 am to 2:30 pm.  The nationally recognized course is open to the first 25 people, ages 50+, who register at the church office and submit a check payable to AARP for $10.  The fee includes a workbook and all other materials. Those completing the course will receive a certificate that some insurance companies will honor for up to a 15% discount on their car insurance for the next three years. Ron Feldman, a member of the church and a certified instructor, will teach driving techniques, new traffic laws, and rules of the road.  Students will also learn how to adjust their driving to compensate for age-related changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time.  Students are asked to bring their own bag lunch and drink.

Based on Psalm 86:11, Outrigger Island is more than a tropical paradise. It's the place where kids will develop the stability they need to face a world of shifting sands and wavering opinions.
Outrigger Island VBS is FREE for all students!! 
From Atlanta take Interstate 85 North to Exit 111, Suwanee.
Turn left on Hwy. 317. Proceed approx. 1 1/2 miles, cross Buford Highway, cross the railroad tracks and we are 200 yards on right.
