DivorceCare Support Program
at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church
69 N Main Street, Alpharetta
A 13-week seminar designed to provide help and support to people who are dealing with the consequences of divorce. Participants will find valuable information in a caring environment, learning they do not have to go through separation or divorce alone, learning how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding their life. Experts say that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences many people face. It’s a confusing time with feelings of isolation and new issues. One participant said, “I had no support until DivorceCare; without it I would still be home crying.”

Fourth Annual “Find Your Way” 5K run and walk
at North Fayette United Methodist Church
847 New Hope Road, Fayetteville
8:00am. Early registration for the event is $ 20.00 through September 13th.
A Flea Market and BBQ will be held after the 5K run. After 9/13, the cost is $25.00 up until race day. The race will begin and end at North Fayette United Methodist Church. The event is open to runners and walkers of all age groups. This is an officially timed event, and will be held rain or shine. Runners start at 8:30 a.m. and walkers at 8:45 a.m.. Winners in each category of runners and walkers will receive a trophy. All participants receive T-shirts and other gift items.
