Peace on Earth
at Cumming Baptist Church,
Cumming
"Peace on Earth", a choral celebration of the
true meaning of Christmas will be performed by the Cumming
Playhouse Singers at the Cumming Baptist Church at 7pm. Mr. Van
McCollum will direct, and pianist Mrs. Patricia Wester will
accompany. This is a sacred Christmas Concert that will feature
selections from "Messiah" as well as beautiful and
captivating arrangements of familiar Christmas songs. All
tickets are $10. and children 12 and under admitted free.
Tickets are available at the door and from CPS members.
Donation to the church pantry will be available and appreciated.

Christmas in the Park
Inside Southlake Mall, Morrow
The event starts at 2:00 and finishes around 7:00
with the lighting of the Great Tree and the singing tree. We
will have many churches, schools and community service
organizations participating. We will have pictures with Santa,
activities for children and adults, food, and train rides on the
Little General. We will also have a car show in the parking lot
of the mall.
Requirements for organizations: You may use a vignette if you
have one from past years. If you are inside the mall you will
need to visit the mall and see if it will fit through the doors.
Or use a table lunchroom size should be
sufficient. We are requesting you decorate a tree 6 minimum
there will be a tree contest. You may give away items but they
cannot be in conflict with items the mall merchants sell. As
always an activity for children is encouraged. Set up will be
Saturday morning from 6:30-9:00 for large items. This must be
completed before the mall opens for business. Small items may be
brought in later if necessary. You may choose to be inside the
mall or outside where the car show is being staged. Let us know
your preference.
